Free Shipping Eligibility

Domestic Free Shipping (India)

All domestic orders within India with a value above ₹4,000 are eligible for free shipping. Shipping charges may apply to non-metro locations or orders below ₹4,000.

International Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for select countries on orders with a single product value of ₹25,000 or above, applicable only to selected products. The eligible countries for international free shipping are:
Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

If a customer adds another product valued below ₹25,000 to an order with a free shipping-eligible product, the lesser-valued product will incur standard shipping charges as per the paid shipping policy. Terms and conditions apply.

International Shipping

Liberty Silks ships to most countries worldwide, except where reliable and consistent courier services are unavailable. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges, which are payable at the time of placing the order. International consignments may also incur applicable customs duties, taxes, and additional handling charges by the courier company facilitating customs clearance. These charges are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery

Liberty Silks delivers to all major cities and states across India and select international destinations, as deemed feasible by Liberty Silks, based on customer requests and costs. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address details provided by the customer. In case of reshipment, customers will bear re-shipping charges and any associated fines or penalties.

To ensure safe delivery, we use high-quality packaging for all orders. Domestic orders within India are typically delivered within approximately 7 working days after dispatch. International orders are delivered within approximately 15 working days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance and other factors.

Gift Deliveries: Gift deliveries are at the customer’s sole risk. If the recipient fails to accept the package at the time of delivery for any reason, Liberty Silks will not issue refunds, credits, or attempt re-shipment. Customers must specify a preferred delivery date in the gift message box when placing the order. If no delivery date is provided, the package will be delivered at the earliest opportunity.

Customers must provide a complete address with pin code/zip code. Liberty Silks is not responsible for delivery inaccuracies due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. The Billing Address refers to the address where the customer receives their credit card bills, while the Shipping Address is where the order will be delivered.

Multiple orders may be shipped separately based on product availability and shipping locations. All products are shipped from India.

Liberty Silks does not offer refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges for delays caused by carrier agencies. However, at our discretion, we may provide store credit for future orders.

If there is a delay due to stock unavailability or other unusual circumstances, Liberty Silks will notify customers via email.

Shipment Time

The approximate shipment time provided for each product on the website is indicative only. Liberty Silks is not liable for strictly adhering to these timelines, as shipment may occur earlier or later depending on product availability and other factors.

To obtain an accurate estimate of shipment time, customers may email their order number or item codes to info@libertysilks.com. Orders are typically processed within 48-72 hours of placement, with expected shipment times of 7-15 business days, assuming all conditions are optimal.

Transit Risk

All orders are fully insured at no additional cost to the customer. In the event of a loss during transit, Liberty Silks will re-process the order. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage (full or partial) to packages once delivered by the carrier agency to the address provided by the customer.

Tracking of Shipment

Once the package is handed over to the carrier agency, Liberty Silks will provide shipment details via email, including the courier agency’s website, tracking number, and expected delivery date. Customers can use these details to track their package. Note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier’s website.

Request for Change of Postal Address

The postal address provided by the customer cannot be changed once the shipment has left Liberty Silks’ facility.

Ready to Ship

The “Ready to Ship” section on our website allows customers to place last-minute orders for select products, ensuring delivery within 7 days. If customization is required, an additional 7-15 days may be needed. This provision applies only to products listed under the “Express Section” of the website.

In Case of Delays

Shipment times listed on our website are approximate and indicative only. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, and no refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will be provided for such delays. However, Liberty Silks may, at its discretion, offer benefits such as store credit or a free gift on a case-by-case basis.

Customers will be notified via email if there is a potential delay due to stock unavailability or unusual circumstances. Delivery dates are approximate, and Liberty Silks is not liable for delays in delivering orders or parts of orders. We may deliver orders in separate parts and, in some cases, offer refunds for unfulfilled portions of the order.
